Return and Exchange Policies

 Conditions for Incorrect Sizes:
  • If receiving an incorrect product size, you must head to the contact us section and contact our customer service team within three days of order placement.
  • You must also email us some images of the product within the three days since you placed the order. Only then will we be able to exchange or return your product (Conditions Applied). 
  • Our exchange policy only applies to two similar products simultaneously, not more than that.
 Conditions for Order Cancellation:
  • If you cancel an order within three days of placing it, we will deduct an amount of 25% of the product you ordered.
  • If canceling the order within a week or seven days after order placement and confirmation, we will deduct an amount of 45% of the product you ordered.
  • We will not cancel the order after seven days of order placement.
 Damaged Product during Shipment:
  • If the product you ordered gets damaged during shipment and you receive it that way, you must email us a few images of the product within 24 hours of receiving it.

 Conditions for Delay in Delivery:

  • If the order delivery exceeds 29 working days, then we will refund your whole amount.
  •  We will provide an order tracking code if you ask for it.
  • If the order is delivered through express shipment, the consignment will deliver it after 06 working days once it goes for shipping.
  • We will refund you the whole amount if we find out that the package does not dispatch to you.
 Conditions for Credit Card Purchase:
  • If you do not want to proceed with the order after purchasing a product with Credit Card, then you must let us know by email within 24 hours of order placement.
  • If someone else places an order on your behalf without your consent, then the customer or the card owner has the option to cancel the order within 48 hours of order placement.
  • The order will not be canceled once it gets delivered.  The credit card holder has to accept the order, and the issue between the purchaser and cardholder should be resolved by them. The company does not take any responsibility in this matter. If the cardholder wishes to return the product, they can return it according to the conditions of 30 days return policy.
