Vanquishe provides its services globally. After order confirmation, there are some policies that the buyer needs to go through.

Shipment Time

We ship the products within 7-8 working days of receiving an order confirmation. We will provide the expected delivery if the courier cannot locate your location.


How are our shipments made?

  • We offer our services all over the world. To ensure timely delivery, we have warehouses in different locations worldwide.
  • Express shipment DHL and FedEx are our official shipment partners, who deliver our products to all world locations. 
  • Customers can trace the whole shipment process. 
  • Customers will get the parcel at their provided address. 
  • Suppose you are available at your location. Then you can direct someone who will receive your package by signing on your behalf. 
  • Express Courier will leave a note with the contact and shipment numbers if no one signs on your behalf.
  •  We never deliver any package through Post Office Box. 

When to expect Order Confirmation?

After Order Placement, you’ll get a notification. We’ll email you a copy of your detailed invoice to confirm your order.

If you do not receive any notification after placing a purchase, your order has not been registered. It indicates that your order cannot be sent or processed.

What If We Fail to Fulfill Order?

Suppose we fail to fulfill your order or cannot find your shipment location. Then we will give you the whole amount back. 

What If the Delivery is late? 

Let’s suppose delivery takes a longer time. Then you can contact us by email. After that, we give you the tracking number by which you can track the shipment status. 

What is the Estimated Delivery Time?

We usually deliver within 7-8 Working Days of receiving your order. We’ll also provide you with the following details via email.

  • The tracking information.
  • The date we shipped your order,
  • The expected delivery date.

In Case of Damage/Defect

If faulty or damaged goods are delivered to you, you must contact us within seven days. Our after-sales service department will resolve your query at the earliest.
