In 2016, we were operating offline, but we soon realised that many of our loyal customers were facing difficulties due to the distance. Observing their struggle motivated us to make a change. We acknowledged their challenges and decided to shift to the online world to offer them better service. Our aim was to provide our customers with the best possible service.
We were already masters in making jackets, but when we shifted to the online world, we noticed several rooms in our areas that we can improve. While working offline, we primarily focused on the quality and design of our jackets. However, transitioning online made us realise the need to speed up our production and customer service.
The decision to go online was driven by our commitment to our customers. We wanted to ensure that they received top-notch service without geographic constraints. By embracing the digital space, we aimed to create a seamless experience for every customer, making it easier for them to access our range of products and services, no matter their location.
