We want our customers to be satisfied with what they ordered. Still, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the items within a week of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and are in their packaging. Your return can be initiated for the following reasons:

Please note that some items, such as customized products or sale items, may not be eligible for return/refund.
Change of mind after order dispatch is also not eligible for return/refund.

After pattern cutting, our skilled millers sew the fabric according to the pattern. This stage is crucial for ensuring the shape and size of your item.
After stitching, each item is thoroughly inspected to ensure the quality standards, checking for any issues in the stitching.
Once your order is thoroughly checked, it is packaged carefully using quality materials to keep it safe during transit.
Your order is quickly dispatched after quality check and packaging. From choosing the fast-selling method to giving you the shipment tracking number, we do it all for you.
