The NCIS S23 Wilmer Valderrama Satin Bomber Jacket is black, shiny but not too much, soft satin that feels good when you put it on. In addition, it has an inner viscose lining so it doesn’t scratch or feel stiff, which is nice because you can wear it for hours. Zipper in the front, works smooth, easy to throw on or off.
