Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging. We also gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color within the same 30-day window. Please contact us to arrange the exchange before shipping the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Conditions for Returns
For a smooth return, please ensure your item meets these three conditions:
- Pristine Condition: The product must be in a new, unworn condition with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
